the location was acceptable and allowed for easy access to nearby areas.
the air conditioning barely worked, and it was pretty noisy during the entire stay. the remote for the tv was ancient and did not respond most of the time.

Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast team was so attentive. The art deco design across the entire building had a lovely feel. It gave one an impression of old-world charm.
There were unexpected noises at odd hours. No one at the front desk picked up the phone when I tried to inquire. It was a challenge trying to find someone to speak with about the disruption.

the room was large, essentially a suite with a separate living room and bedroom area. the location is perfect. it was a short walk to the waterfront area and convenient to transit back to the airport.
the air conditioning was quite loud when it turned on, a minor inconvenience.

the fitness center had three treadmills. it also has two stationary bikes available for guest use. the business center provides computers and printers for those needing to work during their visit.

the restaurant served a menu with many options. the breakfast included eggs, bacon, and various pastries. i enjoyed a delicious omelet each morning and the coffee was AMAZING!!!

The hotel location IS fantastic. it's convenient for exploring! the staff were quite attentive. They remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. that's just SO wonderful
the gym access was a little inconvenient as it was located in a separate building. also, the air conditioning unit in my room was noticeably loud? it cycled on and off frequently, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

the location was convenient for exploring, and i did appreciate the proximity to various attractions. the staff WAS helpful when i needed assistance with directions.
i found the air conditioning unit to be excessively NOISY, which significantly disrupted my sleep throughout the night. also, the furniture was rather dated and showed signs of wear, detracting from the overall aesthetic of the room.

The head concierge Jordan was amazing. He paid great attention to detail and showed exemplary customer service. He assisted us. He also took us to the room and gave us a list of places to visit downtown after our gala.
The front desk staff member was not friendly during check in. She seemed cold and did not smile. She barely made any form of conversation during the process. There was no one to help with luggage at both check in and check out. No one bothered to assist

i liked that the hotel was near canada place. its proximity to the skyline station was also useful. the location really worked for my short visit.
the tiny twin beds was really uncomfortable. there was only the pull out sofa for my family. i think that the premium price wasn't worth it, considering this.
